Tears of a Wolf

I want to say one thing about my book. Tears of a Wolf I wanted to portray my main character being a good man who did something horribly bad and is trying to make up for it. Rape is ungodly to me and is a subject that is taboo and I do not want to approach in my writing yet I did in this one and I apologize. I was going to do two books call them Avenging Angels kind of like a female version of the Crow but like I said violence and rape...some dark stories do not need to be written and I won't go there. So I might scrap those two. It's like listening to Richard Marx Hazard and I have this story in mind I want to right but I don't know how you would ask permission if you can write it. Okay, back to Tears of a Wolf, this may be the only one of my books that has a book review I think it is on Barnes and Noble which is funny because I don't know if I have ever received a royalty payment from them. The review was negative and said the story was all over the place. Yeah it was five stories I put together to explain how the main character's son came into existence and being the child of a heinous act did not define him.

A Touch of Moonlight

I have gotten to a point in my writing where you question whether you should keep writing because it is relaxing and makes you happy. Some days for me it is depressing, I have people in my life that I guess it makes them feel good to say hey your wasting your time and laughing in my face because I have sold over a million books and my first five books haven't been made into movies. I am not going to apologies for having dreams, I come from poor people, my hometown is stuck in the 50's, you don't move to Mansfield...you leave as fast as you can. A Touch of Moonlight is an anthology, a group of short stories because after putting so much time and effort into Lucas, Lucas 2, Dark Strangers, I am a little burned out and start working on anthologies. You have to understand I have like 50 stories right now on my computer in various stages of needing to be finished.
I know my book over is lame, yes, I painted it. But after someone told me it would cost 700 dollars for a book cover artist, I told them I have paints and crayons and can do it myself.

Deadly Lust

I have a little annoying voice in my head that nags my to write a story. This story kept popping up in my so finally I sat down to write it. I thought it was funny to write about a male romance writer, who didn't believe in love anymore. Of course, strong female vampire, Cassie and she is going up against a priest turned vampire, who wants all vampires dead. If you look at the cover Art which my mother laughingly said looks like a three year old painted. Which, I did. The dates on one of the tombstones were my brother's dates that are on his actual tombstone. I will not say this was a favorite book since a lot of my books have tie ins with the vampire king in them.

Dark Strangers

I had a dream about two vampires having a fight over one mortal woman. The problem was it was probably more like the vampire Louis and Armand in my dream. I had in my mind's eye, when I first started writing the big epic novel that they had to be over 300 pages so Dark Strangers ended up close to 600. I picked the name Dark Strangers but I think when I started writing it was Deadly Strangers but I didn't like the name and changed the name. I think at the time I finished Dark Strangers I realized with books on demand publishing it would be to expensive with word counts and pages. Luckily Amazon had started CreateSpace and Kindle Publishing which offer royalties and it's free. So you call yourself a self published author, I have had people on social media say that people like me bastardized the publishing industry. I have lost my brother, my mother and I am struggling to support my father and myself. I have hemiplegic migraines that are like strokes. I know my books have writing errors in them, I am not an English major and I have never claimed to be. I write, edit and paint my own book covers. Back to Dark Strangers. I went with Facebook, every time I wrote a book. I created a Facebook page for it. I received a comment that a woman loved my story because it was given to her by an ex boyfriend and she thinks of him because of my book. Okay, umm, my story is not a love story and it is a dark place I went but hey thank you I am honored.

Laura

Twisted ghost story. I don't usually know how to talk about Laura. My grandmother lives about a mile or two from the Civil War battlefield in my hometown in Louisiana. She owns 40 acres and my brother and I would ride 3 wheelers and 4 wheelers around her property. I kept having this dream at night that these 2 men where arguing and fighting by an open window and a woman rushed to stop them. She fell out the window and died. I was probably in the fifth grade I tried to write Laura but I stuck it under my bed and didn't come back to it for a while. I had just went with books on demand publishing with Lucas:the Legacy over 80 friends and family bought copies or my mom when she was alive loved handing out copies asking me to sign them. Laura, I pulled out from under my bed and I was determined to finish it. I could write a beginning and a middle but I could not figure out an ending. Finally, I said screw it I wrote an ending to my story. Long story short, I would walk down a fence row at my grandmother's property and get a real bad, funny feeling at that spot of course my grandmother says she is going to will that section of land to me...yeah. I have been told my whole life that family members have thought there was a ghost on the property... trust me Laura is fiction. Flight of fantasy.

Lucas2: the Obsession

You have a Legacy and you have an Obsession. The Danton twins are at college. Nothing sucks worse going to college and vampires show up. Lucy is once again a strong female character. My vampire villainess is a female vampire named Celeste. 99.9 percent of your vampire villains are male. Celeste has her sights set on Luke and she is going after him and nothing is going to stand in her way. Celeste is like Lucas, over 400 years old and she is ruthless.

Lucas: the Legacy

I was told that they want books and screenplays with strong female roles. That is what my character Amanda is but she is also tragic. If my book and screenplay for Lucas could be made into a movie... I want when she decides to want into the sunlight and burns to a crisp... that there will not be a dry eye in the room. I want whoever is to portray Lucas to be...a real bastard because Lucas is a year old vampire and he doesn't care who he walks over. My character Mrs. Craven is a sweet old lady, who looks grandmotherly but would cut your throats if you turned your back on her. If you have a song about bringing sexy back ... I'm bringing vampire back and not sparkling bs. Fright night, deep thinking bs.
